Technical criteria
- Base: round (Ø 35-40 cm) or square (35 × 35 cm). Round shape remains most discreet in hospitality. Weight: 6 to 12 kg.
- Height: 90 to 100 cm. Industry standard heights.
- Post: Ø 50 mm most common. Polished chrome steel (entry level), brushed 304 stainless steel (premium), brass (classic style), anodized aluminum (lightweight).
- Top: removable to facilitate storage or transport. Ball, flat, cylinder according to style.
- Rope hooks: 4-way on modern models — allows crossing two ropes at 90°.
