Step 2 - Proof (BAT)

Digital proof submitted for approval showing colours at actual belt dimensions. 2-3 working days.

Step 3 - Production

10-15 working days after proof approval. Express service (7 days) available.

Step 4 - Delivery

Standard carrier 24-48h after dispatch. Belts delivered rolled, ready to fit on your stanchion posts.

What is the minimum order?

Generally 10 pieces for screen-printed belts, 20 for sublimated (unlimited colours). Below these quantities, a file preparation surcharge may apply.

Are custom belts compatible with my existing posts?

Yes - custom belts use the same standard clips as normal belts. Share your post brand and model when ordering and we will confirm compatibility.

How long does belt printing last?

3-5 years for screen print, 5-8 years for sublimation under normal indoor use. Outdoor use reduces lifespan by 30-40%.

Can I order replacement custom belts?

Yes - belts are ordered independently of the post. Re-submit your approved BAT file and place a replacement order. Second orders are cheaper as file prep costs are already covered.
